Entry Five: The escape from a terrible reality.

The little girl seemed to know her stuff. We deftly manuvered throughout the ships corridors. Armed with electronic charged batons we soon find that These aliens pale in comparison to any raider back on the wasteland. They are weak, soft little creatures awaiting a devastating blow from yours truly. For once I feel empowered, this may be their their turf but I am king. I no longer fear an encounter like in the wasteland, I embrace it!
As little sally leads us through the ship to a teleporter I realize just how strong or inept this little girl is. She doesn't fear these things, blasters being fired at us and she keeps her composure better than Somah and myself combined. "It's like an elevator, but it takes you anywhere" she says in reference to the teleportation pad, she is tough as nails but cute as a button. When we arrive at the teleporter she takes a look at it and says that the creatures must have shut it down... great.
She says she has another idea, and I didn't understand much but I know she said it involves borrowing a space suit from an astronaut... this sounds like a bad idea but I wasn't posed any alternatives so Somah and I follow her to what appears to be a cryogenics room, it has four pods and one button in the center. Here we go.
As the pods open one of the four hits the floor like a sack of potatoes. This by chance is our astronaut, it looks like there is no need to "borrow" his suit. The others are a cowboy named Paulson,a pre-war medic by the name of Tercorien, and samurai who doesn't speak a lick of English. this is a twelve year old kids wet dream, what is wrong with these beady eyed aliens, what are they doing here?
If only Babel fish were real

None of this matters, what does matter is getting off this ship. After a healthy amount of disabling everything around me and taking out any alien opposition it is time, Sally makes it clear that in order to get out teleporter up and running I must access overrides on the hull of the ship, this should be interesting.

Fourth Entry: Do you believe?

The happiness was short lived between Dogmeat and I as we set off to find the origin of the strange radio transmission. We didn't have to go far before we were there and upon arriving we were torn apart by a force unlike anything I'm sure most people have ever seen. I came across a ship not of this world and without any warning I was being pulled up into the heavens in a radiant blue light.

What was happening to me? Was This the end, was all the radiation finally turning me mad? What now...
I saw black. When I came to, I was sure that I had still been sleeping. I looked around at this new horror, They looked like the aliens from what few comics made their way into vault 101. Theres no way this could be happening, it feels so real...The creatures did something to me as I blacked out again, hopefully this nightmare will end so I can get back to the real nightmare.

I awoke this time in a cell with a woman who calls herself Somah. She tells me this is really happening and I need to get a goddamned grip and work with her to get out of this place. Her logic is sound, and just what I needed to come to terms with this shit. She says that these aliens want us alive for something and that we should start a fight to gain their attention and jump them when they inevitably come to break it up.
Somah, my sparring partner.
So we begin to fight, and she gets more punches in than I do, one tough bitch. They come for us and things go as planned. I still can't wrap my head around all this. When I amass everything that has conspired in these past few days I can't help but wonder why anyone would leave the vault. What the fuck is wrong with the world universe?  We make our way out of the cell block when we met a little girl by the name of Sally, she tells us how to blow the power source to her cell door.

After releasing the girl she tells us that she knows this place like the back of her hand and offers to help us escape. Sally tells us this is far from the first time she has escaped her cell, and that the aliens just escort her back after each stroll through the ship. Something tells me Somah and I will not get the same treatment.

A Companion

I headed off to find the origin of a haunting transmission, it ate away at me wondering what it was. As I traversed the this never ending wasteland I spotted a junkyard, it seemed like a good place to scavenge for usable materials. Upon entering I hear gunshots, screaming, and howling I'm sure a group of raiders is battling it out with a feral wolf, I think its time to get in on the action. As I make my approach my hunch is confirmed as I see a band of raiders get struck down by a large dog. I am quick to whip out my pistol when I see the last raider hit the ground, something is different about this animal, he turns to look at me but makes no charge. A dog, unlike any other I have encountered makes his way to me, hes friendly... finally, a friend.

Second Entry: Shoot first

I knew I should have rested in vault 106. I arrived at "Arefu" a small encampment located on top of a bridge. while walking towards it an explosion rings out! I'm dazed, my ears ring, I thought to myself "Two days in and my naiveté gets me dusted by a simple booby trap". The haze clears and I see an old man hollering for my attention, Evan King is this bastards name. I tell him "you shoot at me like that again and you had better hope you kill me." he is not impressed...
Evan King

He informs me that the small community has been having problems with a gang known as "the brotherhood". He says that there is something strange about these guys, a typical enough gang, but they haven't outright attacked the community despite having the advantage both in muscle and numbers to take what they want.
I agree it is strange and offer to do a welfare check on the citizens while he holds his post.

My first stop is a young lady named Karen's house, she informs me that she and the town are "scared shitless" about the family, and that Evan's approach to the situation is not acceptable. They hide whenever The Family comes around, showing themselves to be cowards. She accuses me of being a coward when I leave her home. I don't appreciate it, but I just don't feel like its my business.
Karen Schenzy

After leavening Karen's I went to the wests' I could smell the stench before even walking through the door, I knew that beyond it was more death, I almost don't go in. Upon entering I saw them, one laying on the bed, another sprawled out on the floor I inspect the bodies, they are dried out but couldn't have been dead long. The bite marks on their necks are all the way down to the bone, this is horrible. Happiness is a thing of the past it seems, terror is the new soup de jour.
Matilda West
I report back to Evan after an interesting encounter with a woman named Braileen, who has lost her damned mind. It would appear that she refuses to acknowledge this war ever happened. I can't blame her really, I would rather live in a fantasy than die in a nightmare. Of course Evan wants help with The Family, he says that the Wests' son is with them... I could care less.

First Entry: The horror.

It  has been two days since I escaped the vault. So much has happened, my father abandoned me, I was forced to fight my way out or die, Amata wouldn't even join me as I crossed over into this wasteland. My only hope is to find dad, to find out why he would leave me like this, why the secrecy. I hope I can survive.

This is hell. I am alone in hell, there are creatures unlike anything I have ever seen, these monsters just want blood. They aren't the only monsters, almost every person I've encountered wants to kill me. I've met only a few friendly people they don't seem interested in me or anything I have to say. How could they have become accustomed to this? I wish I would have just let the overseer capture me, my dad is probably dead, how anyone could survive out here is far beyond my comprehension.

I found another vault, number 106. Something strange was happening down there the dwellers attacked me at every angle, and when not under attack, I was plagued by hallucinations. Vivid colors, my father, other dwellers from 101. Something happened there, something terrible. I escaped with my sanity, I feel terrible for what I did down there. I was given no other option, they we're madmen. I hope to come back and figure out just what happened...now is not the time.
